Nous lançons aujourd’hui une campagne de recrutement pour constituer le pool des Coordinateur.rices Logistique d’ALIMA :

Votre mission :
Assurer la coordination et le pilotage stratégique des activités logistiques au niveau de la mission.
Vous êtes garant·e de la mise en œuvre des politiques logistiques d’ALIMA, du respect des standards, et de l’accompagnement technique des équipes.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Apporter des solutions techniques et matérielles logistiques pour la bonne mise en œuvres des opérations médicales

  • Contribuer à la planification opérationnelle et au suivi budgétaire.

  • Coordonner la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et garantir le respect des procédures

  • Assurer une conformité de la redevabilité bailleur

  • Accompagner et former les équipes logistiques terrain.

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures, de sécurité et de sûreté des biens et des personnes.

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau Bac +3 en logistique, gestion de projet ou domaine technique équivalent.

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience humanitaire dont au moins 2 an en coordination logistique.

  • Solides compétences en management, planification et sécurité.

  • Maîtrise des systèmes et outils informatiques logistiques. Français et/ou anglais opérationnel exigé ; les candidatures bilingues FR/EN sont un atout majeur compte tenu de nos contextes d’intervention.

  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’équipe.

    At the core of our work: agile, ethical, and high-performing humanitarian logistics, ensuring the quality, safety, and sustainability of our interventions.

    We are now launching a recruitment campaign to build ALIMA’s Logistics Coordinators Pool :
     ➡️ Join us to lead, structure, and support our humanitarian operations in complex and demanding environments.

    Your mission :
    Ensure the coordination and strategic management of logistics activities at mission level.
    You are responsible for implementing ALIMA’s logistics policies, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing technical support to field teams.

    Main responsibilities :

    • Provide technical and material logistics solutions for the effective implementation of medical operations.

    • Contribute to operational planning and budget monitoring.

    • Coordinate supply chain management and ensure compliance with procedures.

    • Ensure donor accountability and reporting requirements are met.

    • Support and train field logistics teams.

    • Implement security and safety policies and procedures for people and assets.

    Your Profile :

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics, project management, or a technical field.

    • Minimum 5 years of humanitarian experience, including at least 2 years in a logistics coordination role.

    • Strong skills in management, planning, and security management.

    • Proficiency in logistics information systems and tools. Operational level in French and/or English required; bilingual FR/EN candidates are highly valued given the diversity of our operational contexts.

    • Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit.
